Marcus Kniep

“Zultan Cymbals are durable and offer a wide range of different sounds that can be used.”

Born 1980 in a small city near Cologne in Germany, Markus Kniep always listened to the old records of his father like The Beatles, The Stones or The Who. He developed a love to music and to play it by himself.

He started with Keyboard, but later on he began to build his first drums out of tins and cans. Finally he got his first real drumset at the age of 12. Very quick after that he joined his dad’s coverband playing old rock songs, top 40 and regular dance music. Currently he is part of the well known band “Grave Digger”.
